About Eternal Light
Dedicated to Those We've Lost
Eternal Light is dedicated to the ones close to us who have passed away.
It has been a tough few years for my family. My wife lost two brothers, Adrian and Ronald. I lost my brother Dan. And our small, close-knit work team — people I spend so much time with that they are my work family — has unbelievably lost three friends in the last twelve months: Barry, Sean, and Shane.
These memories are the motivation behind Eternal Light. It exists because of them, and for anyone else carrying the weight of loss.
Why I Built This
My name is Scott. I built Eternal Light because I know what it's like to lose someone and wish you had a better place to keep their memory alive.
When someone you love passes, the world keeps moving — but you need a place to stop, to remember, to hold onto the moments that mattered. I couldn't find a tool that felt right: private enough, simple enough, and built with the kind of care that grief deserves.
So I built one. Eternal Light is not a business trying to profit from your pain. It's a project built with faith, offered freely, because no one should be forgotten.
Our Mission
We provide a private, dignified space where you can preserve the memories of those you've lost, track important dates, and — when you're ready — share their story with the people who loved them too.
How It Works
Create a Memorial
Add their name, dates, a photo, and your first memory. Choose whether to include prayers from your faith tradition and donation suggestions.
Share When Ready
Memorials are private by default. When the time feels right, generate a share link so family and friends can view the memorial, light a candle, and add their own memories.
Remember Together
Receive gentle reminders around anniversaries and birthdays. Export your memorial as a keepsake PDF. Let the memories live on.
